We dig it ourselves, so your quote is one number, not two. Tight side-yards, fences, and hauling spoil off site all factor in.
Foundation depth and reinforcement
Footing depth, mesh and rebar, and damp-proofing. We build it right the first time so it never comes back on you.
Flatwork
Stoops, walks, garage slabs, and patios that tie into the addition. John learned flatwork first, so this comes out clean.
Site and soil conditions
Grade, drainage, and what the ground under the addition is actually made of. We plan for it instead of finding it later.

Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free. John walks the site, reads the plans, and gives you an itemized number so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Why is there no flat price list?
Because a real concrete price depends on the size of the pour, the access, the soil, and the flatwork. A number pulled off a list before anyone sees the job is a number that changes later. We would rather quote the job in front of us and stand behind it.
Do you handle both the digging and the concrete?
Yes. We do our own excavating and our own concrete. That means one crew, one quote, and no finger-pointing between a separate excavator and a separate concrete guy.
Will you take on smaller flatwork jobs?
Yes. Driveways, garage floors, walks, stoops, and patios are all in our wheelhouse. Tell us what you have and we will let you know the timing.
